Cancellation Policy

Until December 31, 2026: 90% of the registration fee will be refundable.

From January 1, 2027, through February 28, 2027: 50% of the registration fee will be refundable.

From March 1, 2027, onward: no refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be issued to non-attendees.
