Cancellation Policy

The conference office must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration.

• Unpaid registrations will be cancelled 3 weeks after they have been made.
• Until 1st of March, 2026: the registration fee will be refundable.
• From 2nd of March, 2026 until March 29th 2026: the registration fee will be 50% refundable.
• From 30th of March, 2026 onwards: no refunds will be made.
• No refunds will be granted to non-attendees.
