Step 3 - Registration type

The conference registration fee includes:

• access to all conference lectures;
• conference programme and materials;
• lunches and coffee breaks;
• welcome reception on Tuesday 26 May, 2026;
• guided excursion to Budapest on Saturday afternoon (please mark your interest during registration)

* Participants are allowed to register at the Orpheus membership rate if they have confirmed Orpheus membership. Please note we will request a proof of your membership, if you register as member.

** You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Bachelor, Master or PhD) within the academic year 2025-2026. A certificate of enrollment or a letter signed by your supervisor needs to be provided by e-mail (orpheus2026@semmelweis.hu to confirm your registration).

Step 4 - Social Activities

Beyond its academic content, ORPHEUS 2026 places strong emphasis on networking and community-building and informal exchanges are further facilitated by an exclusive gala dinner on the Danube on the 27th of May, offering participants a distinctive opportunity to connect with invited speakers and peers in an elegant setting while experiencing the cultural richness of Budapest.

We strongly encourage our participants to take the chance and participate at all our social activities which are important parts of the conference experience!
